...Contact Ellen Sullivan Farley

This is the actual painting featured in the photograph of my set up on-site featured on the intro page. We began painting immediately the day after arrival in Civita Castellana. It was wonderful to have all the details attended to by our hosts. They would transport us to the site and also fix us a fabulous Italian lunch (wine included). This was the closest I'll ever get to these painters of the past with their entourage taking care of them. Since I've been home, it is much harder as now I must attend to these niceties myself. The weather was gorgeous and the views were spectacular. We normally painted on private property and this made for an enjoyable day.
